Provide end-to-end counselling to patients regarding treatment processes, procedures, timelines, and costs.
Explain treatment plans, investigations, and packages clearly to patients and their families.
Handle patient queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Support conversion of consultations into treatment plans through effective counselling.
Maintain accurate patient records and counselling notes in the CRM/HMS system.
Handle follow-ups with patients to ensure continuity of care and treatment adherence.
Mentor junior counsellors and support team alignment where required.
Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and ethical standards.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Healthcare, Psychology, Social Work, or Life Sciences).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
Good documentation and coordination skills.
Prior experience in IVF / healthcare counselling preferred.
Experience:
3–6 years of experience in patient counselling, preferably in IVF or hospital setup.
