Academic Advisor

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor in Thane. The Academic Advisor will guide students in their educational and career development by providing personalized counseling and academic advising. Key responsibilities include assisting students with program selection, curriculum planning, and career goal setting. The advisor will also provide support in overcoming challenges, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring students stay on track to achieve their academic objectives.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students on their academic and career pathways
Good Communication skills to clearly convey information and actively listen to students' needs
Expertise in Academic Advising and understanding of educational frameworks to provide tailored recommendations to students
General understanding of the Education sector and its trends to offer relevant and up-to-date advice
HSC / Graduate with Min. 6 months to 3 years of end to end hardcore inside sales experience, ed-tech experience preferred
Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset to support diverse student needs
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, student-focused environment
