Student Inquiries Management:  Handle telephonic and face-to-face student inquiries, presenting course details and guiding students to understand the course structure.
Inquiry Tracking:  Maintain a detailed tracker of student inquiries to ensure timely follow-ups and record-keeping.
Lead Follow-up:  Conduct follow-up calls on prospective student leads to drive enrollment.
Enrollment Management:  Manage the complete student enrollment process efficiently and accurately.
Reporting:  Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, enrollments, and follow-ups.
Face-to-Face Counselling:  Provide in-person counselling to students, addressing their queries and guiding them toward suitable courses.
