Manage and maintain ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) reports for enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
Strategize and execute marketing initiatives in coordination with the Centre Head and Head Office, including advertising plans, events, and publicity campaigns.
Generate new admissions through proactive marketing strategies and activities.
Achieve assigned monthly admission targets and work towards continuous improvement in enrollment numbers.
Follow up on withdrawals, gather feedback on reasons for withdrawal, and provide insights for retention improvement.
Collect, organize, and manage data on all enquiries, categorizing according to age groups and other relevant parameters.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Psychology, Education, Arts, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in a preschool, activity centre, or school.
Understanding of the education industry is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and Tally is required.
