Early Years Programme Lead

Key Responsibilities
Oversee curriculum implementation across assigned center's in alignment with organizational philosophy and guidelines.
Mentor, train, and support facilitators through classroom observations, feedback, and hands-on guidance.
Monitor academic practices, child assessments, and learning outcomes to ensure quality standards are met.
Plan and conduct in-center and cluster-level training programs for facilitators.
Work closely with center leadership and regional teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
Support parent engagement initiatives such as orientations, open houses, and curriculum-focused interactions.
Ensure effective use, maintenance, and budgeting of curriculum resources at center or cluster level.
Participate in recruitment, demo evaluations, performance reviews, and appraisal discussions for facilitators.
Promote best practices in early childhood education through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to academic calendars, documentation standards, and prescribed reporting systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT) is mandatory.
Minimum 6 years of experience in the preschool industry, including at least 2 years of teaching experience.
Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster as required.
