Early Years Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Facilitator to join our team at  Klay – Founding Years Learning Solution . The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in early childhood education and a strong passion for nurturing young learners in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities    Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for young learners.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and community members.
Qualifications & Experience    Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
