Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Strategic Alliances Coordinator to strengthen our collaborations with colleges and universities. The role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing academic alliances, and ensuring smooth coordination of our programs across partnered campuses.
Location - Thane
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaboration & Partnership Development
- Identify, approach, and establish collaborations with colleges and academic institutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with college authorities, management, and department heads.
- Build strong, long-term institutional relationships.
2. Program Coordination
- Coordinate implementation of BIE programs at partner colleges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for colleges regarding scheduling, faculty, and operational requirements.
- Work closely with internal academic and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Maintain regular communication with college management to ensure smooth running of programs.
- Resolve partnership-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure alignment between college expectations and BIE deliverables.
4. Outreach & Representation
- Represent BIE at academic events, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Conduct orientation sessions, faculty interactions, and student engagement activities.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of collaboration progress, agreements, and institutional data.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on outreach performance and partnership status.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–5 years of experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple institutions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to partner colleges as required.
- Professional, proactive, and relationship-oriented mindset.
