- Role Overview
We’re looking for a Community & Content Manager who enjoys being around creative people, understands internet culture, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
This role sits at the intersection of content, community building, and brand experiences. You will help document life at Mango, engage with our audience online, organise small creative gatherings, and coordinate with our marketing partners.

- What You’ll Do
Community Building
• Manage Mango’s Instagram and other social channels day-to-day
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer queries
• Build relationships with artists, students, and creators in the Mango community
• Encourage and manage user-generated content
• Maintain an active and warm brand voice online
Content Creation
• Shoot short-form content in the store (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
• Document customer interactions, store moments, and creative rituals
• Work with the marketing team to execute the monthly content calendar
• Capture content for campaigns, launches, and collaborations
Events & Community Experiences
• Plan and execute small in-store workshops and creative meetups
• Manage logistics for brand events and community activations
• Coordinate with artists, facilitators, and collaborators
• Document events for social media
Brand Partnerships
• Help identify and coordinate with potential collaborators (artists, creators, brands)
• Manage basic communication and follow-ups
• Support partnership activations and content
Agency Coordination
• Coordinate with external agencies handling marketing, design, or PR
• Share briefs, feedback, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns

- What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years experience in social media, community management, or content
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in art, stationery, creativity, or design culture
• Highly organised and proactive
• Comfortable interacting with customers and creators
• Someone who enjoys being present in a lively retail environment

• Have experience managing brand communities
• Enjoy attending or organising creative events
• Are familiar with the art / design / stationery ecosystem
• Have a personal Instagram or creative practice
