Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, for the position of Admin Manager. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, managing office facilities, coordinating employee services, and ensuring the smooth functioning of organizational processes. The role includes supervising administrative staff, developing and implementing operational policies, managing budgets, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Additionally, the Admin Manager will support cross-departmental coordination, reporting, and addressing any operational challenges to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and management skills to coordinate office operations, oversee administrative staff, and handle logistical tasks efficiently.
Experience in budgeting, vendor management, compliance with regulations, and operational policy development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to handle correspondence and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools is essential.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
Leadership capabilities to mentor and guide teams with a focus on collaboration and productivity.
Previous experience in administrative or office management roles and familiarity with organizational functions and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
