We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin Executive (Female) to handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities. The candidate should be well-versed with office coordination, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administration work
Manage office files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor management
Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR support
Support accounts team with bills, invoices, and data entry
Ensure smooth office operations and supplies management
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1 - 3 years of experience in Admin / Office Executive role
Good communication skills (English Hindi)
Knowledge Of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Skills Required
Good coordination multitasking skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional attitude and communication
Time management skills
Salary
15, per month (Depends on experience)
Working Days Time
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM 6:30 PM
