Responsibilities
Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of Director.
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for Director.
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on pending items.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed.
Plan and coordinate any company events or external meetings involving the Director.
Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth business operations
Proactively manage and organize the Director's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately scheduled.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
