Key responsibilities Coordinate with architects, vendors, suppliers, sites and customers over phone, Whats App and email.
Maintain Excel/Google Sheet trackers for purchases, deliveries, customer updates, follow-ups and payments.
Prepare and file basic documents, agreements, bills, receipts and project files (physical and digital).
Schedule meetings, maintain calendar, and keep daily action lists updated.
Handle basic office admin: calls, couriers, scanning, printing, data entry and record-keeping.
Ideal candidate Fresher or negligible prior experience, willing to learn and grow.
Comfortable with basic computers (Whats App, email, Excel/Google Sheets); training and SOPs will be provided.
Patient, organised, and sincere, with clear communication in Hindi and basic English.
Preferably based in or near Thane/Mumbai for office-based work.
