Location - Thane

We are seeking a  highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant  to support our  CXO  in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage  schedules, communications, and follow-ups , ensuring seamless coordination across  internal and external stakeholders . This role requires  professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask  in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management:
Manage the CXO's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and daily schedule efficiently.
Task Tracking & Follow-ups:
Track, document, and follow up on all tasks assigned to the CXO to ensure timely completion.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate action items with internal teams.
Communication Management:
Draft, proofread, and organize professional communications including emails, presentations, and reports.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CXO.
Confidentiality & Documentation:
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation.
Proactive Support:
Anticipate the CXO's requirements, provide timely reminders, and prepare necessary materials before meetings.

Requirements

Educational

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Relevant

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in healthcare, technology, or startup environments.
Core

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Professional Conduct:
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving approach.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and fast-paced work environments.
