Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
Schedule and organize internal and external meetings.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Communicate directives and information to relevant teams.
Draft and review emails, memos, and letters.
Project & Task Management:
Assist in special projects and business initiatives.
Track progress on key tasks and ensure timely completion.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Office & Resource Management:
Ensure the Director has necessary materials for meetings and presentations.
Manage office supplies and budget-related tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred

Skills:

Experience in executive-level support.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks.
