Responsibilities

As an Operations intern at Uni Acco, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and written English will be essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Supporting the Operations team in coordinating schedules, meetings, and events.
Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Providing general support and assistance to ensure efficient operations across the company.
