Salary: 3.5-4 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Handle CRM, software, and internal systems management, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and proper usage.
• Maintain office records, files, documentation, and data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and share regular updates with management.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead management, campaign execution support, and data alignment.
• Oversee website management activities, including content updates and coordination with external vendors or agencies.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, services, and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare and process sales invoices and maintain billing records.
• Coordinate vendor payments and support ledger reconciliation.
• Assist with basic accounting entries and accounts team coordination.
• Support salary processing, attendance calculations, and payroll activities.
• Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Support post-sales documentation, coordination, and follow-ups with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain incentive slab records, calculations, and reporting as per company guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in administration and accounts support roles.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, accounting software, and proficient in Excel.
• Understanding of invoicing, vendor payments, and accounting processes.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
