Sr. Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior accountant to manage the company's complete accounting cycle- from bookkeeping to finalization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in taxation, statutory compliance, and end-to-end accounting, along with the ability to handle multiple financial activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Finalization of accounts:
Prepare and finalize financial statements including Balance Sheet, profit & loss, and other reports.
Taxation (company & directors):
Manage and file income tax returns for both the company and individual directors.
GST compliance:
Handle end-to-end GST processes including registration, return filing, reconciliation, and audit support.
TDS management:
Manage TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and filing of quarterly returns.
Notice & query handling:
Draft and submit replies to notices from departments such as GST, income tax, PF, and others.
Statutory compliance:
Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations including PF, ESIC, professional tax, and company law.
End-to-end accounting:
Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Audit coordination:
Liaise with internal and external auditors for statutory and tax audits.
Budgeting & MIS reporting:
Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and support financial planning.
Process improvement:
Recommend and implement accounting process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
