Senior Account Manager

About the Company

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Accounts Manager with minimum 8 years of experience to independently handle the company’s accounting, GST, billing, vendor payments, payroll, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing regular financial reports to the Directors.

About the Role

The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee various financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all accounting practices.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime
Record daily sales, expenses, receipts, and payments
Maintain general ledger, receivables, and payables
Perform bank reconciliation

Billing & Receivables
Generate GST invoices
Track customer outstanding payments
Follow up for payment collections
Maintain customer ledger

GST & Compliance
Ensure GST-compliant billing
Prepare GST data and coordinate with CA for GST filing
Maintain proper financial records

Vendor Payments & Expense Management
Maintain vendor accounts
Process vendor payments as per schedule
Record and verify expenses

Payroll Management
Prepare employee salary statements
Process salary payments
Maintain payroll records

Financial Reporting to Directors
Provide reports including:

Daily bank balance report
Cash flow report
Receivable & payable report
Expense report
Profit & Loss summary

Coordination with Chartered Accountant
Assist CA in preparation of Balance Sheet and financial statements
Support audit and compliance work

Qualifications

Education:

B.Com (Mandatory)
M.Com or CA Inter preferred

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in Accounts & Finance
Experience handling accounts independently

Technical

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory)
Knowledge of GST and accounting principles
Good knowledge of MS Excel
