Water Equipment Sales division .Thisisanexcellentopportunitytoplayakeyroleinsupportingcontinuedgrowthwithinawell-establishedorganisationdeliveringenvironmentalandsafetysolutionsacrossthe

UKandinternationally.

Youwillactasatrustedtechnicalandcommercialpartnertoclients,providingexpertguidanceonwatertreatmentequipmentwhiledrivingnewbusinessanddevelopinglong-termcustomerrelationships.

Key Responsibilities

As Technical Sales Manager ,yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

Business Development&Technical Advisory
  • Proactivelyidentifynewbusinessopportunities,engagewithprospectiveclients,understandtechnicalrequirements,andproposetailoredwatertreatmentsolutions.
Client Relationship Management
  • Buildandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingcustomersthroughplannedandconsistentengagement.
Site Surveys&Project Scoping
  • Carryout on-siteassessmentstodetermineequipmentandinstallationrequirements,whileidentifyingadditionalsalesopportunities.
Equipment Specification&Solution Design
  • Selectandspecifysuitablewatertreatmentsystemsandequipmentalignedtocustomerneedsandoperationalconstraints.
Internal Collaboration
  • Workcloselywithfinance,sales,andoperationalteamstodevelopcommerciallyviablepricingstructuresandmeetmargintargets.
Consultancy Liaison
  • Maintaincloselinkswiththewaterconsultancyteamtoidentifycross-sellingandcollaborativeopportunities.
Sales Analysis&Forecasting
  • Preparesalesforecasts,performance reports,andmanagementupdatestomonitorprogressagainsttargets.
Reporting&Communication
  • Providestructuredweeklyandmonthlyupdatestothe Commercial Directoroutliningactivity ,pipeline development,and results.
About You

Tosucceedinthisrole,youwillbring:

  • Atleast
    5years’experience
    withinthe
    watertreatmentindustry
  • Aproventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargets
  • Highlevelsofself-motivation,accuracy,andattentiontodetail
  • Excellentorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities
  • Advancedproficiencyin
    Microsoft Office applications
  • Aprofessional,reliable,andwell-organisedapproachtowork
  • Theabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithincross-functional teams
