Water Equipment Sales division .Thisisanexcellentopportunitytoplayakeyroleinsupportingcontinuedgrowthwithinawell-establishedorganisationdeliveringenvironmentalandsafetysolutionsacrossthe
UKandinternationally.
Youwillactasatrustedtechnicalandcommercialpartnertoclients,providingexpertguidanceonwatertreatmentequipmentwhiledrivingnewbusinessanddevelopinglong-termcustomerrelationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs Technical Sales Manager ,yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
Business Development&Technical Advisory- Proactivelyidentifynewbusinessopportunities,engagewithprospectiveclients,understandtechnicalrequirements,andproposetailoredwatertreatmentsolutions.
- Buildandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingcustomersthroughplannedandconsistentengagement.
- Carryout on-siteassessmentstodetermineequipmentandinstallationrequirements,whileidentifyingadditionalsalesopportunities.
- Selectandspecifysuitablewatertreatmentsystemsandequipmentalignedtocustomerneedsandoperationalconstraints.
- Workcloselywithfinance,sales,andoperationalteamstodevelopcommerciallyviablepricingstructuresandmeetmargintargets.
- Maintaincloselinkswiththewaterconsultancyteamtoidentifycross-sellingandcollaborativeopportunities.
- Preparesalesforecasts,performance reports,andmanagementupdatestomonitorprogressagainsttargets.
- Providestructuredweeklyandmonthlyupdatestothe Commercial Directoroutliningactivity ,pipeline development,and results.
Tosucceedinthisrole,youwillbring:
- Atleast
5years’experience
withinthe
watertreatmentindustry - Aproventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargets
- Highlevelsofself-motivation,accuracy,andattentiontodetail
- Excellentorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities
- Advancedproficiencyin
Microsoft Office applications - Aprofessional,reliable,andwell-organisedapproachtowork
- Theabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithincross-functional teams
