Commis Chef

Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time Permanent, Commis Chef for an established restaurant based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire.

This is a Full-Time role, working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work Weekends, Evenings and Mornings.

The role is paying £25560pa + Service Charge (up to £3000 per year).

• No Monday working as restaurant is closed
• Allocated one extra evening off per week.
• Split Shifts required between shifts.
• Live in options available for a small fee

• To prepare, cook and serve meals that meet the standards set by the Head Chef.
• A Commis Chef assists a section chef, also known as a Chef de Partie. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:
  Assisting in the food preparation process.
• Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
• Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
• Assisting other Chefs.
• Helping with deliveries and restocking.
• Assisting with stock rotation/cleaning stations.
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
