A well-established and award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy Property team in Thame.

With over 150 years of legal expertise, this firm has multiple offices across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, serving a diverse range of clients across the UK. Committed to excellence, integrity, and teamwork, the firm prides itself on delivering outstanding legal services.

The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion. They will be responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and re‑mortgaging, ensuring all legal, financial, and contractual matters are handled efficiently.

• Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and smooth completions
• Preparing contracts, supporting documents, and reviewing title and mortgage conditions
• Handling transfers of equity, remortgages, bridging finance, new builds, shared ownership leases, and declarations of trust
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to deliver exceptional service
• Ensuring all post‑completion formalities are concluded accurately

• Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4‑5 years’ experience (minimum 2 years as a Licensed Conveyancer)
• Strong legal knowledge of the conveyancing process, leasehold properties, and corporate clients
• Experience handling buy‑to‑let portfolios and high‑volume transactions
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills
• High attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong commercial awareness
