9 – 5.30. Except when on the early shift. The early shift runs from 8 – 4.30 and the engineers share this on a rota basis. There may be times when out of hours work is required but this will be agreed with the engineer prior to being booked in.

1 ST Line Technical AbilityA keen interest in IT but no technical knowledge necessary, we will deliver the necessary training. However, a candidate would be preferred if familiar with:
- Mac experience useful
- Taking first line support queries from our base of 150 customers, businesses ranging from 1 - 60 people.
- Provisioning IT equipment and software – PC’s, routers, wifi, printers, new users, Office 365.
- Going out onsite to install and configure necessary equipment and software.
