As our Resourcing Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both hiring managers and candidates, delivering a best‑in‑class recruitment experience while championing an inclusive and welcoming approach to hiring.

What’s it all about?

You will be a part of the resourcing team providing end to end direct recruitment support to our Head Office and Maintenance hiring managers. The role will manage vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews, using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time to hire KPIs. You will also assist managers throughout the business with recruitment tools and advice.

Experience of stakeholder engagement and building business relationships across different departments within a service capacity is very important.
