Inthisposition,youwilltakeresponsibilityformaintaining,improving,andsupportingawiderangeofwatertreatmentsystemswhileprovidingtechnicalleadershiptoengineersandcontributingtooperationaldevelopment.

Thisisahands-onrolecombinedwithmentoring,project oversight,andprocessimprovement.

• Service&Maintenance:Carryout servicing,maintenance,andfaultrectificationonabroadrangeofwatertreatmentequipment,including
  
  Softeners,Reverse Osmosis systems,Ozone units,UVsystems,Side Stream Filtration ,andchemicaldosingequipment.
• Technical Troubleshooting:Identify,diagnose,andresolvetechnicalissuestoensureequipmentoperatesefficientlyandreliably.
• Installation Oversight:Manageandleadwatertreatmentequipmentinstallationprojects,ensuringdeliveryfrominitialplanningthroughtocommissioning.
• Procedure&Documentation Development:Workcloselywiththe Operations Managertocreateandrefineserviceproceduresforallequipmentsuppliedandmaintainedbytheteam .
• Technical Authority:Actasthemaintechnicalpointofcontactforqueriesrelatingtowatertreatmentproductsandsystems.
• Operational Improvement:Supportimprovementsinteamefficiencythroughupdatedreporting,documentation,andimprovedworkingpractices.
• Competency&Skills Development:Contributetothecreationandongoingmanagementofanengineercompetencyframework.
• Training&Mentoring:Deliverstructuredtrainingtonewandexistingengineerscoveringservicingstandards,maintenance techniques,andbestpractice.
• Performance Support:Monitorengineerperformanceandhelpcoordinatetrainingactivitiestosupportcontinuousprofessionaldevelopment.
• Health&Safety:Ensurefullcompliancewith Health&Safetyrequirementsatallcompanyandclientlocations.
• Client Site Expertise :Buildin-depthknowledgeofkeyclientsitesanddevelopsite-specificserviceprocedurestoensureconsistentservicedelivery.
• Travel&Flexibility:Undertaketravelasrequired,includingovernightstaysandoccasionalweekendworktomeetoperationaldemands.

  3years’experience

• Strongdiagnosticandfault-finding skills
• Provenexperienceleadinginstallationprojectsandsupportingormanagingtechnicalteams
• Clearandconfidentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytodelivertechnicalguidanceandtraining
• Experiencedevelopingprocedures,processes,andtechnicaldocumentation
• Abackgroundintraining,mentoring,orcoachingengineers
• Asolidunderstandingof Health&Safetyrequirementswithinindustrialorengineeringenvironments
