Inthisposition,youwilltakeresponsibilityformaintaining,improving,andsupportingawiderangeofwatertreatmentsystemswhileprovidingtechnicalleadershiptoengineersandcontributingtooperationaldevelopment.

Thisisahands-onrolecombinedwithmentoring,projectoversight,andprocessimprovement.

• Service&Maintenance:Carryoutservicing,maintenance,andfaultrectificationonabroadrangeofwatertreatmentequipment,including
  
  Softeners,Reverse Osmosissystems,Ozoneunits,UVsystems,Side Stream Filtration ,andchemicaldosingequipment.
• Technical Troubleshooting:Identify,diagnose,andresolvetechnicalissuestoensureequipmentoperatesefficientlyandreliably.
• Installation Oversight:Manageandleadwatertreatmentequipmentinstallationprojects,ensuringdeliveryfrominitialplanningthroughtocommissioning.
• Procedure&Documentation Development:Workcloselywiththe Operations Managertocreateandrefineserviceproceduresforallequipmentsuppliedandmaintainedbytheteam .
• Technical Authority:Actasthemaintechnicalpointofcontactforqueriesrelatingtowatertreatmentproductsandsystems.
• Operational Improvement:Supportimprovementsinteamefficiencythroughupdatedreporting,documentation,andimprovedworkingpractices.
• Competency&Skills Development:Contributetothecreationandongoingmanagementofanengineercompetencyframework.
• Training&Mentoring:Deliverstructuredtrainingtonewandexistingengineerscoveringservicingstandards,maintenancetechniques,andbestpractice.
• Performance Support:Monitorengineerperformanceandhelpcoordinatetrainingactivitiestosupportcontinuousprofessionaldevelopment.
• Health&Safety:Ensurefullcompliancewith Health&Safetyrequirementsatallcompanyandclientlocations.
• Client Site Expertise :Buildin-depthknowledgeofkeyclientsitesanddevelopsite-specificserviceprocedurestoensureconsistentservicedelivery.
• Travel&Flexibility:Undertaketravelasrequired,includingovernightstaysandoccasionalweekendworktomeetoperationaldemands.
