As our company grows, we are looking for a dedicated service engineer to join our environment & safety division. The role requires efficient teamwork, independent work, and regular travel.

• Carry out service of water treatment equipment (softeners, reverse osmosis, ozone, side stream filtration, UV, dosing units) including water analysis, sampling, and legionella screening.
• Conduct fault‑finding and complete remedial works on water treatment equipment.
• Provide clear and detailed service and water‑treatment reports, highlighting any problems or follow‑ups required.
• Ensure service visits are completed within the allocated time.
• Present yourself in a professional manner to clients at all times.
• Work within the requirements of all current Health & Safety legislation.
• Replace consumable spares as per the site maintenance schedules.
• Travel away from the site, potentially including nights and weekend work.

• Good reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and implement detailed procedures.
• Positive problem‑solving attitude.
• Willingness and ability to travel around London and its outskirts.
• Experience in water treatment equipment servicing is advantageous.
