Contract Details:
Full time, Permanent, Office based

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (45 minutes lunch break)

As a Sales Administration and Customer Support Agent, you will:

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat
Chase delivery issues with couriers
Handle amendments to customer orders
Manage product returns and warranty issues
Process refunds
Offer pre-sales product advice and technical support
Recommend products and advise on suitability
Conduct basic technical calculations
Prepare quotations and proforma invoices

Essential

Skills:

Strong communication skills; confident in engaging with customers
Ability to comprehend technical details and concepts
Conscientious and professional with a high-energy approach
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Good numeracy skills
A genuine interest in understanding how things work
Proficient in MS Office suite
