Warehouse Inventory Picker (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT and weekends may be required during peak or high volume times, advanced notice will be given and scheduled)

Location: Gritr Sports, North Richland Hills, Texas

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from our warehouse shelves to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition, and help ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse. This is a fast-paced position, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a team environment.

• Order Fulfillment:
  Locate and pick items according to digital pick tasks with high accuracy.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking process. And inventory accuracy for a more efficient picking process and warehouse storage.
• Packing Support:
  Assist in preparing items for shipment by placing them in designated staging areas.
• Inventory Safety:
  Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for all team members.
• Equipment Use:
  Safely operate manual pallet jacks or handheld RF scanners (training provided).

• Reliability:
  Must be able to commit to the 7:00 AM start time consistently.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand/walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50lbs.
• Attention to Detail:
  Precision is key to ensuring customers receive the correct items, and inventory located in correct locations.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to help coworkers during busy periods.
• Experience:
  
  Previous warehouse or retail stock experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate!
