Job Description:
Holt CAT is looking for a Parts Warehouse Clerk for our Little Elm, Texas location. This position is responsible for responding to customers' needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency. The role includes prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities.
- Complete all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers accurately and timely to ensure customer satisfaction as measured by management observation and customer feedback surveys.
- Execute all stock replenishment tasks to maintain proper inventory status in the parts warehouse, monitored by management observation and stock order analysis reports, as well as daily and year‑end physical inventories.
- Maintain parts operations office, warehouse, and outside yards so they remain neat and orderly as assessed by the department manager.
- Assemble hydraulic hoses.
- Self‑motivated, thoughtful individual with high energy level.
- Previous warehouse and parts store experience highly desired.
- Capable of accurate order processing.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact well with customers and employees.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must obtain a forklift license within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds up to 10 times a day and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and attendance.
- MS Excel – some knowledge.
- Shipping / Receiving – intermediate level.
- Warehouse operations – intermediate level.
- Detail oriented.
- Team player.
- Functional expert.
