DC General Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator I
Join Ferguson’s team as a DC General Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator I. This role is based at our Distribution Center in Brookshire, TX and requires experienced warehouse associates for the second shift (3 pm to 11 pm). The position offers a shift differential pay of $1.50 per hour, a 45‑minute lunch break, and the opportunity to earn incentive bonuses.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours beyond regular shift hours
- Drive to excel in a fast‑paced environment
- Responsible for accurately and safely completing general warehouse tasks
- Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for up to 12 hours
- Accurately sort, label, and store picked product quantities or store product in assigned locations
- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
- Effectively communicate with co‑workers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
- Complete tasks using hand‑held RF units/scanners
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given tasks
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and abide by all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
$15.00 – $28.88 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
