Job DescriptionWarehouse Associate – responsible for receiving, staging, and shipping inventory. Key tasks include reading pick labels to ascertain catalog numbers and quantities, obtaining product from bins, repacking, zoning, building pallets, feeding to conveyors, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
What You’ll Do- Read pick labels to ascertain catalog numbers and quantities of merchandise
- Obtain product from bins, repack, and zone
- Build pallets according to pattern
- Place product on conveyors leading to wrapping areas
- Arrange items in a specific order or pattern according to a rule set
- Pay careful attention to detail and complete tasks accurately
- Keep work area clean, free of debris, and safe
- Complete other assignments as assigned
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1‑2 years of experience in distribution or warehouse environments preferred
- Proficiency with WMS or similar distribution software
- Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands
- Capability to lift and/or move 10 lbs. regularly and up to 45 lbs. occasionally
- Above‑average attendance and ability
- Ability to achieve productivity and quality standards and adapt to changing assignments
- Resilience to work in environments occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures
