Warehouse Clerk – Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Location: Northlake, Texas – Permanent Full‑time Shipping/Receiving Clerk.

• Hourly Pay: $22.25 per hour
• Shift Pay: $1.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday–Thursday 5:00 pm – 1:00 am
• OT available

• Check truck drivers in and out
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according to warehouse directions and vendor assignments
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation and resolve issues with the inventory department
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports promptly
• Communicate with customers and support their needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years’ experience with SAP and a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Flexibility, self‑drive, ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:
  • Create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Multi‑task, stay highly organized, and manage time effectively
  • Work independently and as part of a team
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
• Intermediate PC skills in MS Office
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP and WMS
• Safety‑sensitive position; equipment certification may be required depending on location
