As our new Logistics Coordinator
, you will be coordinating the end-to-end shipping of production output from our campus, ensuring customers receive their products via the most cost-effective and timely transportation solutions. This position reports to the Logistics Supervisor and operates daily out of our facility at Brookshire, Texas.

What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Supply Chain Logistics team, you'll create impact by driving shipping excellence and cost optimization that directly supports Grundfos's mission to deliver world‑class water solutions to customers across the US.

  • Coordinate freight shipments by quoting, scheduling carriers, and managing the shipping department inbox to ensure on-time delivery to customers and end users.
  • Complete all shipping transactions in SAP, including printing delivery transfer orders and reviewing confirmation reports for accuracy.
  • File, track, and resolve freight claims while reviewing and approving shipping invoices by Delegation of Authority guidelines.
  • Verify dock inventory by checking physical stock against system records and collaborating with the planning team to identify shipping priorities.
  • Perform analysis of missed shipments, communicate findings to Logistics and Production Control teams, and implement cost-reduction measures across logistics activities.
  • Lead and motivate the shipping team to facilitate timely, efficient product shipments and accurate receipt of goods while ensuring compliance with DOT hazardous materials regulations.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, balances computer‑based coordination with hands‑on warehouse engagement, and brings strong collaboration and communication skills to keep shipments flowing smoothly. We would also imagine that you have:

  • High school diploma plus 3-5 years of logistics experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook with strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills with the ability to follow and give instructions effectively.
Plus Qualifications
  • SAP experience or familiarity with similar ERP systems.
  • Experience coordinating LTL, courier, and full truckload shipments.
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations for hazardous materials transport.

Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $23.50‑$31 USD hourly. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
