To strengthen our team at our Norderstedt location, we are looking for a warehouse clerk (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, who will also support us in the shipping department

As part of a team, you will work on the continuous improvement of our globally established shredding machines. In close cooperation with product management, quality, service, design, and sales departments, you will ensure that customer requirements are turned into reality.

You will work as part of a motivated team of colleagues within the Production/Logistics department and report directly to the respective team leader.
Focus on warehouse (approx. 75%)
- Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift
- Receiving, visual inspection, and quality control of incoming goods
- Checking goods against order documents and booking materials in goods receipt
- Picking, packing, and internal transport of materials to the appropriate workstations
- Order, cleanliness, and inventory control in the warehouse area
- Support with inventories and stock reconciliations
Shipping department (approx. 25%)
- Preparation and processing of shipping orders
- Creation and checking of shipping and accompanying documents
- Ensuring a timely and smooth shipping process
- Monitoring delivery dates and coordination with shipping companies and internal interfaces
- Processing customer‑related queries and complaints in the context of shipping
- Successfully completed training as a warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, or comparable qualification
- Forklift license and confident handling of industrial trucks
- Initial experience in warehouse logistics, goods receipt, or order picking; experience in shipping is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
- Structured, careful, and conscientious approach to work
- Ability to work in a team, service orientation, and good communication skills
- Reliability and sense of responsibility when handling goods and documents
