- Paid orientation and training – students receive between $600 and $750 during training.
- Hotel accommodations, breakfast, and lunch during orientation and yard training.
- Hot lunch during the final week.
- Home time during the weekends.
- Up to $6,000 in tuition reimbursement.
- At least 21 years of age.
- 1 year of recent CDL Class A experience or 6 months of flatbed CDL Class A experience.
- Excellent driving and safety record for the last 3 years.
Drive regional tractor‑trailer routes Monday through Friday, averaging $.88 CPM, and ensure timely delivery of loads while maintaining excellent safety records.
