Job Summary, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to general yard duties.
Loading and unloading trailers, inspect trailers.
Set up half sets for crew, clean Sand traps, Power wash equipment.
Rebuild plug valves and choke bodies.
Leadership; guiding personnel to do jobs safe making sure jobs are complete.
Initiative to communicate with Supervisor and crew. Solve problems work with people.
Work well with all departments. Communicate!
Ability to function well as part of a team.
Must have very effective organizational and communication skills to service customers and employees.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Abides by Crosby Energy Services, safety policies and procedures.
Wash and clean out work trucks within the yard that will be issued out to new hires.
Take trailers and trucks in yard to get their yearly inspection.
Repair trailers and truck flats as needed, deliver batteries to lease operators when needed.
Fill up water tanks, propane tanks for Flow back crews.
Operate forklift or other equipment to transport parts in and about the yard. Only if Certified.
Prepare trucks that will be getting auctioned by washing, cleaning inside truck, removing any equipment, company logos, taking pictures of truck and filling out paperwork.
Handle counting, sorting, and unpacking materials that have been delivered to yard.
Use of high pressure washer to wash trucks, equipment, trailers.
Refueling of gasoline or diesel, oil, water levels for pressure washer and equipment & Preventive Maintenance.
Occasional repainting of equipment and re-scribing of equipment numbers.

Work Safe, Ability to write and understand JSA's and follow through with the work.

Clean MVR and Background and able to pass a drug screen
Valid Driver's License

Physical Demands and/or Work Environment:

Exposure to sun, extreme temperatures, loud noise, wind, dust
Ability to lift up to 50lbs or more with assistance
Bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time
On Call Rotation on weekends, must answer phone.
