Pilates Instructors support members in championing happier, healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships and providing a positive, educational experience that upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
• Instruct both private and group Pilates classes
• Monitor and instruct clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment
• Conduct fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting
• Promote and sell Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training to members
• Complete all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
• Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends

• Experience in Pilates program design
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year of personal training experience
• 6 months of experience adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment

• Certified Pilates Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified

• College degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field
