Position Overview

Full Stack .NET Developer
6 month Contract

• Translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specifications.
• Strategize and execute plans for the timely completion of projects, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Participate in training and development programs to mentor and help other developers grow and increase knowledge and skills.
• Provide concise, actionable guidance to engineering teams to promote high‑quality development practices.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, project leads, and staff to integrate application delivery efforts.
• Review technical and operational aspects of bugs and user stories, contributing feedback and optimization suggestions.
• Address and resolve production issues with urgency, minimizing downtime and customer impact.
• Actively participate in scrum meetings, technical review sessions, planning and requirement discussions, and all release planning and deployment activities.
• Review application code, offering feedback and insights, and ensure adherence to the highest quality and security standards as part of the final approval process in Pull Requests.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Charlotte, NC.
