We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Dev Ops to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of implementing Dev Ops practices to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of both software development and Dev Ops methodologies, enabling the candidate to bridge the gap between development and operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Utilize Dev Ops tools and practices to streamline development workflows and improve collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.

• Strong knowledge of Dev Ops principles and practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Hands on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, No

• Experience in mentoring junior developers.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Dev Ops.
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
