Support Engineer

• Manage product defects throughout the entire support lifecycle, from initial triage to resolution
• Improve product documentation for internal and external users to enhance understanding of product functionality
• Collaborate with various teams to build an effective automation testing suite and infrastructure
• Ensure security and compliance in a heavily regulated industry by making informed design choices
• Lead technical discussions and guide stakeholders toward optimal solutions

• Experience in fixing defects and working with production‑level codebases
• Proficiency in debugging legacy code and conducting root‑cause analysis using monitoring tools
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Pytest, Cypress, and React Testing Library
• Strong commitment to quality assurance in both personal and peer work
• Ability to engage in the product process and set quality assurance direction collaboratively

• Experience with programming languages such as Python (Django) and Typescript (React)
• Previous involvement in product development processes from start to finish
• A passion for continuous learning and openness to new ideas and technologies
