The mission of CPLC's Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is to promote the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied alien children, and other eligible individuals and families, through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services. Howwill you make an impact in this role?
You will oversee the safety of our residential facility, ensuring clients live in a secure, organized, and supportive environment. You will implement program procedures consistently, manage data and documentation, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and professionalism. By promoting partnerships across departments, you will help provide a comprehensive continuum of services that empowers clients and supports their journey to stability.

You are responsible, observant, and committed to creating safe spaces for vulnerable populations. You thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and can communicate effectively while maintaining professionalism. Ideally, you are someone who can exercise sound judgment, stay calm under pressure, and work collaboratively to support both clients and team members.
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent education and 1-year related employment experience.
- Preferred 3 years of relevant experience in security.
- Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, CPI and First Aid Certifications.
- Bilingual language skills in English/Spanish and as appropriate to population served required.
- Cleared background check from appropriate entity.
- Cleared drug test results.
- Training, education and experience in community outreach, public health or social work preferred.
