• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience.
• Qualifications And Experience Required For The Job: Fluency with Microsoft Office applications, ability to learn Young Life internal systems; understanding of Young Life ministry, strategy, and mission; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; positive attitude and initiative; ability to manage time; ability to find answers; ability to perform under stress, noise and interruptions.

Young Life is a relational ministry. Staff must be able to convey a sense of Christ-like hospitality and concern for guests and staff. All staff members are expected to represent Young Life positively and professionally within the community and be able to work with and minister to the volunteer high school and college-age young people who attend our camp.

This position is primarily remote but will require six to ten days onsite during the summer.
