Early Child Care Compliance Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Early Child Care Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Whitehouse, TX.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our child care facility complies with all state and federal regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with staff members to provide training and support in order to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to child care facilities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licensing, certifications, and inspections
• Provide training and support to staff members on compliance requirements and best practices
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance

• Previous experience in child care compliance or a related field
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to child care facilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$2,000 Sign on Bonus. Base pay range: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year.
