This is a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator role located all throughout the Eagleford Shell. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavation and earthmoving equipment, to support oil & energy projects. Pipeline installation and Anomaly Dig experience are a must. Daily tasks include operating equipment efficiently, performing basic maintenance, ensuring safety, and collaborating with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Adherence to safety protocols and equipment guidelines is required at all times. Must pass a drug screen and be willing to work out of town.

• Proficiency in Heavy Equipment Operation, including excavation and earthmoving operations
• Basic knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience handling Heavy Equipment and Used Equipment in safe and effective ways
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and working knowledge of relevant regulations
• Ability to work hands-on in an outdoor, on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate machinery legally in the state of Texas
• Prior experience with oil and energy projects is a must
