Job Responsibilities

* Repair and maintain HVAC systems (EPA Type II or Universal required)

* Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, appliances

* Complete work orders and support daily community operations

* Deliver responsive and professional resident service

* Use maintenance software/apps to log work and manage tasks

Required

Skills & Qualifications

* EPA Type II or Universal certification required

* Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting skills

* Own tools required

* Ability to multitask and work independently

* Clear communication and customer‑service mindset

* Property maintenance experience preferred
