As a Full-Time Apprentice, you'll ride out with a licensed HVAC technician to assist with residential service calls. You'll help with diagnostic checks, routine maintenance, and HVAC repairs—learning as you go. You'll be hands‑on with tools, assist in installing parts, clear clogged pipes, and support the technician every step of the way. You'll be expected to keep your vehicle clean, follow our dress code, and learn how to use our price and protocol books.

You'll also interact with customers, communicate with the team via phone or text, and start taking on more responsibility as you gain experience and confidence.

• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge and proficiency with basic tools
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow the company handbook
• Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of licensed HVAC technicians and master plumbers
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Motivated, hard-working, and proactive in learning the trade

At least one year of experience with residential HVAC repairs and maintenance is a plus!

Pay: We offer this entry-level position $15 – $24 per hour
, overtime opportunities, and support as you earn your license.

Schedule: You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
, with the chance to pick up on‑call shifts and overtime. Every day starts at our central location, where you'll meet with the team before heading out to job sites in the surrounding area.
