Your Day‑to‑Day: As an HVAC/R Technician I, you’ll:
- Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in‑store equipment
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems, from cold beverage machines to lighting and security equipment
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
- Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I, II, or Universal)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Skills: Strong problem‑solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently
