Job SummaryGeneral Laborers needed for TDCJ Prison project in Teague, TX. Will need to be able to pass TDCJ background check. 40-50+ hours per week (Monday – Friday 10 hour days)

Qualifications- 1+ year of experience in a general laborer role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, loading and unloading materials, and site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Assist tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various tasks.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
