Location: Valley View
Overview
Alan Ritchey, Inc. is currently hiring a Diesel Truck Mechanic in Valley View, Texas. You need to be dependable. This position requires working rotating weekends, generally every other Saturday (Weekends are paid at time & half).
Hours5PM-5AM
Shift5 NIGHTS ON, 5 NIGHTS OFF - 2 NIGHTS ON, 2 NIGHTS OFF
Applicant must be dependable and willing to work hard with little supervision.
Responsibilities- Diagnose electronic engines using latest software
- Engine overhaul
- A/C complete system overhaul
- Electrical system diagnoses and repair
- Brake system rebuild and trouble shoot
- Perform preventative maintenance work on trucks and trailers
- Medical, Dental, RX, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, 7 Paid Holidays per Year, Paid Vacation, and Paid Personal Days
- At least 1 year of previous diesel mechanic experience.
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as required by Department of Transportation.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Must own basic tool set
