Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Schertz, TX, for a Lead Installation Technician. The Lead Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation, wiring, and programming of electronic security and fire alarm systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, running cabling, collaborating with team members, maintaining clear and professional communication with customers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role may also involve training junior technicians and upholding safety standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Troubleshooting for identifying and resolving technical and system issues.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience in Cabling and installation of security or fire alarm systems.
- Commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction through quality service and positive interactions.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain documentation accuracy.
- Previous experience in electronic security or fire safety systems is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for on-site work.
